Sam, Founder and Co-Owner of Glenberg Design Builders, has had design and construction flowing in his blood since 1993. He started as an Arxx ICF supplier and installer in 2004 and moved into General Contracting with his own office opening in Winkler in 2007. He has maintained a host of roles including General Manager, Marketing, Sales and Estimating.
Sam is driven for excellence and has a passion to complete things exceptionally, especially client projects! He is always evolving and is moving into Development Planning and Investment Opportunities with his years of expertise in the field.
Outside of his passion for design, Sam enjoys spending time with his family, spending time with youth at his local church, and driving things that go fast on or off the road!
Co-owner / Office Administrator
Trish, Co-owner of Glenberg Design Builders, brought her expertise in interior design and bookkeeping to the new business when it opened in Winkler in 2007. As the company grew, her skills were better suited to have more emphasis placed on Office Administration responsibilities so she released the Interior Design role and has excelled in ensuring the business runs smoothly.
When not at the office, Trish fulfills the role of Wife, Mom, Daughter, Friend, Church Board Member and Youth Leader. Trish also enjoys reading, travelling, organizing and spending time with family & friends.
Project & Site Manager
Nick has been a team member at Glenberg Design Builders for 10 years in a variety of roles from Carpentry & Service Work to Project & Site Management. Currently he spends his time split between monitoring build sites: keeping them in order & on schedule, and the office: where he lays the project framework, checking details and collaborating with both trades and clients to make sure every aspect of the build is being executed as planned.
Starting with laying out the build sites to handing over the keys (and everything in between), Nick is a “hands on” Site Manager who also happens to be a Red Seal Certified Carpenter.
When he’s not working, Nick can be found hanging out with friends and family, volunteering at his local church or playing sports. The day to day variety of Project & Site Management allows Nick’s schedule to be flexible (which he enjoys) so on warm summer afternoons he can take advantage of a round of golf, still chasing a hole in one.
